As my mind wonder and my heart beats,
I feel the tears flowing down my cheeks.
I remember you gently putting your lips to mine,
and at that moment our souls intertwined.

My body weakens at the smell of your sweat,
    you've opened my floodgates,
now I think I'm getting wet.

You have me yearning from desire,
with every thought of you puts my soul on fire.
Now the chills are rushing down my spine,
and I so thankful that you are mine.

You got my body throbbing out of control,
believe me baby you can have my heart, body and soul.

This is an epiphany if I've ever seen one. Letting a lover know they've got THAT MUCH power over them is a gamble most women (the ones I know, anyway) ain't all that willing to take. I guess the real thing cannot be denied. 10 for style and execution!

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
