    untitled

    these long lonely hours
waiting for the phone to ring
    longing to see those eyes
that see deep into my soul
    hearing those sweet words
    dripping from her lips
    inhaling her every breath
feeling the heat of her skin

    Styrofoam containers,
    full uneaten take out,
my only apetite is for her,
    her love is my sustenance,
    her kiss feeds my hunger,
    her touch nourishes my soul,
    a simple caress fills me
    makes me want no more.

WOW... must be a wonderful woman:)

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
