    Untitled

Life is but a constant sorrow
    Will it end tomorrow
    Will it go on forever
Will it stop and leave alone ever

    Might I die today or
    Tomorrow, possibly next year
    Eventually we will all die
Then there will be nothing here

    Christ said in Him alone
    Can we be set free
    I want that freedom
But it just doesn’t seem to come to me

    Life is my sorrow
    Life is eternity
Life, it loves and hates me
Yet I want to be free
Oh, please take it from me!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
