Hold me tight and never let me go.
Listen to my heart as it makes my blood flow.
Caress my face gently and feel my pulse race.
Lips on lips, your essence I taste.
I look into your eyes to see your heart's desire.
Your feelings for me flare like fire.
Is it love or is it merely lust?
I crave your touch, flesh on flesh, a must.
Your aroma fills me, and makes my heart flutter.
When I try to speak, all I can do is stutter.
Your kiss catches a breathe in my throat.
I'm in such rapture I feel I could float.
I wish for your body to enter mine.
We need for our bodies to intertwine.
It's as if our beings went from two to one, with a twist.
And to think it all started when we kissed.

Not corney. I like the ones I can understand more. I'm not a poet but, enjoyed it

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
