Vision

I wander the land of my birth

Suddenly I sense the pack of my brother wolves

Yet they follow not their own leader

They follow a new one of which I have never smelled or seen.

Soon thunder splits the day and I feel a sting in my right side

The pain is instant and I flee

The pack soon gives chase new leader close behind

I charge through all seeing blurs

Calling for Mother Earth yet she ignores my calls

I feel my life flowing faster as I run

Soon tired and weak with the pack on my heels

I close in on a fast moving stream

Again I call for Mother and still no answer

I know my time is done this is where I make my final stand.

As the pack with new leader close in I curse Mother for abandoning me

The pack is now on me I stand and strike with mighty claws taking many with me

Then the thunder again and a new sting send me over into the stream.

I know its over as my eyes close and body numb

As I tumble over the falls

Moments fly by I feel the landing and then nothing else.

I awake seeing a feline female yet see looks like the leader of the pack

She tells me how she asked Mother for a mate and I was the one she was lead to.

I freak and panic yet still I feel pain

She smiles and calms me before showing me Im not a beast anymore but a man

Also that no matter how much I feel like a bear Im not one anymore

She tells me this as she tends my wounds and heals my pain.
