Poem Commentary

After the previous poem, I had decided that it was time to try out that new skill. I had taking out the rhyming that I was so stuck to before. This is what flowed onto my paper when I began writing:3 From this day on every time I wrote I wanted to practice this way of writing, it started to grow on me(:

A New Way Of Thinking

October 14th, 2012

Lost the urge to speak; mute mind persay.
But how come when one refuses to speak,
Their actions are contortionated into their words.
Forcing them to be louder than ones inner speach.
Nothing is real.
Then again everyone has their own interpretation of our so called "reality".
A drummer marching to his own rhythem.
"Count your stead beats." says the instructor.
You can't keep track anymore.
Eventually we're all going to loose it anyway,
Correct?

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
