    Poem Commentary

    This was written for my friend Peter. He was going through a really rough time in his life, sadly it hasn't gotten better :/ We had both vented to each other at the time that I wrote this because we were both going through similar things, although his was much more drastic. I wanted to prove to him I knew him better than he thought. Guess he thought I didn't listen when he talked, but when you care about the people close to you as much as I do, you remember every little detail.

    For Peter..

     June 5th, 2012

    I bet you feel stuck,
    Like every day you have no luck.
    You probably want to pop a pill,
    So you feel momentarily like your life isn't going all down hill. 
    Although its not
    We both know there's more to life than alcohol, pills, and pot.
    We're just like eachother
    We see what we lack, then get sad
    We run into problems, then get mad
    But look on the bright side, I know you can see
    I'll always be here for you and you'll always be here for me.
