Beauty Scars

Beauty Scars

My content goes beyond this constant waste of space and time
every life has no purpose except to live and die
A twisted pain inflicted trick of the mind but
despite the hardship I fight my hardest to disregard
the darkness by keeping positive light confined within
my heart because devine is the art of finding
beauty in the scars of a broken soul torn apart

Even though I might be blind, uninspired and tired from
my depression. I''m not stressin I find blessings in my reflection of sight

Behind the visible scars lies a heart of a rising star but so few look that deep! Good write by content!

I liked this one very much; "Divine is the art of finding beauty in scars"..pretty deep.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
