Breakdown

Without knowing just what to say
I watch you walk away

And though my heart aches
I’ll hold you together
As every part of me breaks

Search for something more in your gaze
But the moments they’ve all gone ablaze

I want you to notice me
But she’s all you see

I want you to fall for me
But she’s all you need

I want you to love me
But she’s got the key

 I love you
Love how you leave me
To bleed

Thanks :) I like putting little things into it that make you really stop

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
