    Sometimes it's not just about the anger you see, but looking past that and into the eyes, and see what may be hurting, What pains them enough to be angry a defence an outside wall in order to protect.

    I agree, unfortunately anger is really apart of being human. It is not healthy by no means but it is something we all have to deal with. The trick is to learn how to deal with it so it will not affect you, your mind or you body because if you let it, it can destroy you.
