    Deceived

Here I am, alone again, it took everything to let you in. Is honesty so much to give, when I gave mine away, I did it all for you, it was a small price to pay.
The deception has wounded me, left scars on my heart, memories make me nauseous, I'm falling apart.
Sometimes it better to just wonder how things could be, but I took the chance, and you hurt me. I could've made a million friends, what I needed was you, I try to let go I can't break through. Now I'm healing slowly, I stll sometimes cry, mostly I sit and wonder WHY.

    Well written.............

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
