     Such a beautiful tree
    In Jah's garden of life
    From the dawn of creation
    So pure
    So divine
    Your roots run deeply
    Through the mysteries of time
    And those fruits that you bear
    They're so sweet
    So sublime

    Ebony...
    Ebony...


    The essence of color your are
    Filled with mystery
    A Goddess on high
    Such a beautiful dream
    A reality
    Created just for me


    You fire my hopes
    In my heart
    It burns bright
    A Divine inspiration
    An eternal light
    The beauty within
    The depths of my soul
    All the secrets of life
    Your pure mind
    Doth unfold
