    FEAR

Fear of dying, fear of flying fear of the dark

Does it make a difference? its quite a lark

We fear most  what we cannot see

What is the origin of fear? That is the key

Knowledge wisdom and understanding we should seek

Life is short why should we live helpless and meek

Our dragons and demons we should seek to slay

If we must continue  in this life’s  fierce play

We are born we grow up we grow old we get sick we die

Death we cannot cheat there is no grand plan its all a  lie

We work  hard, we cry, we laugh we suffer we plan

We invest and we procure our own land

We will die whether we are timid or brave

Our life no matter how different leads to the grave

Choices? that we do have, so let each moment count

Live life to its fullest enjoy every ounce

The dawn shines brightest with no knowledge or guts

Twilight descends with us in a rut

Our time on this earth are counted we recon

In years months weeks days hours minutes and seconds

Shouldn’t we be brave and true?, anything can go awry

In this chance of life at least we would have tried
