For Her

Poem Commentary

Its about my therapist. I know this is a wierd poem, but its just how I feel for her.

For Her

I need you more than you know,
These thoughts inside my brain,
Still with me from long ago,
Run me over like a train,

When I'm With you I feel happy,
Even though I can be a tad snappy,
You make me feel less crappy,
I admit you can be a bit sappy,

Without you I'm completely lost,
No compass or manual for direction,
I'd give anything or pay any cost,
To hear you kind words of correction,

Thursday doesn't come soon enough,
I desperately need you everyday,
Every moment without you is rough,
Why is my sky so depressingly grey?

But I also know you will leave,
You can only be with me for now,
Eventually you will make me believe,
That happiness exists somehow,

But do you know, that I need you,
That I need to hear, your laughs glee,
That I need you, to feel less blue,
That I need for you, to save me?

No mortal person can save so believe in the God above.... See idk ur religion or I'd call whoever u worship for u to tlk to but I can't so work hard on the poems of ur feelings and write what ever u want no matter if someone likes it or not... I love this poem says a lot about who u r inside and what u feel about the world.... I encourage u to write more regardless of those who criticize ur actions words or any thing you have the freedom so use it wisely! :) ;) I'm here to read the poems so write as often as u like I'd love to read more!

Thanks for the comment. I'll continue to write; I think this is going to be my avenue for free expression, at least when it comes to this stuff.

Cool I'd love to read and help when needed

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
