Forever Love
Love sets a standard for many people,whether we choose to abide by these principles,
does not ensure that love will sustain the life of the heart.
Since the heart and mind often function together,
our choices are often masked by selfishness, greed, lust, and curiosity,
defining what is best for us and what is sufficient to our needs.
Does love supply the purpose of sanctuary,
or simply occupy our time.
With the changing seasons and the underlying definitions of a rose's velvety petals, love chooses to exist within the rose's thorns.
As the morning dew approaches and lie so elegantly on its leaves,
love blooms once again.
