    Ghost

Though i walk down pebbled roads not knowing what to expect.
But surprises i've learned to accept.
Memories that will always be kept. i walk under the oaks as they cling to one another. i think about my family and my father and mother. when they were together but were torn apart, like clouds in gloomy weather. i felt light as a feather whether alone or accompanied. i feel someone in my presence. no one's there, it doesnt make sense. i know who it is....an ongoing lurking presence.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
