Grey Mist Covering my Blue Sky

Grey Mist Covering my Blue Sky

Today I'm feeling lowly & sad...
that Grey mist hoverin'  doesn't make me glad
Bad for my heart & soul,  I really wish it would up & go!
Behind all that cold, moist air, blue sky i want to share
Needing sunshine and vitamin D to come back and satisfy me...
Living by the Ocean is my paradise,  not so much when
sky's wearin a disguise.
Looking like puffs of smoke over the trees, its cold wet fog...and loves to tease
Taunting me to long for the warmth of my sun
Fifth of June, Pre Summer, where have you gone?
Please come back soon and cheer me to smile,
Grey does not suit you well, my big wide sky...
Dry up, blow away, i want sunshine in my eyes
Perhaps tomorrow will bring my white fluff & Blue
And thermometer on outside wall will read 72!
