    I See

    Fire in my eyes,
    The depth of my soul,
    Screaming out the lies
    You include in this role.
    Tell me what to say…
    How I’m supposed to feel.
    I can do it all
And make you think it’s real.
    There you are,
    Far beyond my scope.
    Taunting me from high.
    I stand below my hope…
You don’t see where you’re going,
I see it all just fine…
And watch as you hit the wall
    That’s just beyond the line.
