Poem Commentary

Not a clueee! These are all really old poems...>.<;;

Love you

You say meaningless things,
trying to get me to care.
Little do you know,
All you have to do
is tell me
you love me
But since you refuse to,
I refuse to live.
So as I take my dying breath,
listen close,
Because I might just tell you
I love you.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
