Make up your Mind
this poem I write is a formal warning
it is plain and simple, short and sweet
you brag about all your grand deeds with tax
and how I give you reason to give me doubt
insecurities, is the reason for you trying
the same thing my love can not defeat
even if I married you, you would not relax
I guess my sex, is not what you are about

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
