    metamorphosis

i scan the skies for you
    shielding my eyes from worlds
trying one peice at a time
    wrapping myself away
    breaking away

people say i lost my mind
    that i'm actring
    strange
    they never stopped
    never shut-up
    but you embraced me
    crying away my pain
    tears shielding me away

    your ideals
    carved paths through my mind
    showing me life
    as a butterfly

    the barrier slipped away
    you were still there
    with me
    both of us
    and metamorphosis

This is a nice sentiment. It shows good emotion, but I think I see some typos.

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
