    Neutralization

     a splash of color in a world clear
    beauty in a world once drear
    spread yourself much too thin
    'til you can't tell where you came in
    so sharp and smooth you were at first
    now dulling more with every turn
    once new and fresh and now your lame
    because you changed the world the same
