I took you in my arms
    my eyes searched your face.
I saw the wisdom of the
    Universe there.
    I had so many questions
    about the mysteries,
I wanted to see where you'd been
    where you were coming from.
Then your eyes opened and you
    fought to focus on me.
    Before my eyes
    you became human
no longer showing signs of the
Spiritual world from where you came
or the Being that you had been.
