"Thoughts of you"
The warmth in your eyes and smile on your face;
Has brought me happiness that makes my heart race.
Your tender arms and the softness of your kiss;
Has made me wonder just how much I've missed.
Your loving smile and soft spoken words;
Send chills down my spine I can't mix with words.
My thoughts are of you throughout the day;
Wondering how and why I could feel this way.
I know there will be lonely nights and lonely days;
But the ones we've shared are here to stay.
Hoping that a day will not come when we will part;
Cause you will always remain in my heart.
The moon will rise and the sun will set;
And I'll always be thankful for the day we met.
