Please help me understand the things I'm going through
The pain I sometimes feel will not go away
I try to be good but for some reason I'm bad
I'm so tired of being sad
I put on a show from day to day
It looks like I'm happy
But how I feel I cannot say
Sometimes I feel like I'm on a rollar coster
My emotions go up and down and all around
I wish I was a bird flying high in the sky
With not a care in the world just out for a ride
Then I come down and reality sets in
And the rollar coaster starts all over again
Please help me understand the things I'm going through
