Silence of a Soul

If a soul is silent
and never speaks
it will never reach its resting peak

If inside it screams
and cries desperate tears
it will never act the things it hears

it calls for help
but is ignored
a blinding light it will draw toward

had to think about it but just for a second. me like a lot you are doing what i am working on,, word economity and still meaningful

much depth in so few words, nicely written, well done

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
