    Tears Fall on Deaf Ears

I just realized this morning, as I couldn’t sleep, that tears don’t mean much of anything. They’re really only meant for you because no one can feel the blue like you do. They're a cry out for help when no one is there to be your savior from the fears that brought them to bare. I woke to tears and it took me a while to realize that the smile that I wear with you is what caused my tears to poke through.
