The corner of my house

The corner of my house

The house I own is made from onyx stone.
I go in where I'm left alone.

My darken corner waits for me.
I lay down just to breathe.

I fade in with the black not trying to get back.
I like the solitude even if doesn't make me closer to you.

The memories of you I try to elude.
I'm in a subdued state just looking at the wall.

I lay still my body sprawled like a thrown rag doll.
I just blankly stare into space.
Just tracing the outline of your face.

I just lay here in the corner to save my sanity ever since you left me.

you are off to a very good start! reminds me of myself at your age. you obviously are a deep thinker and know how to express your thoughts and feelings- keep up the great work.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
