    the curse

    tears fall upon the ground
    without makin a sound
    they fill the ground's thrist
    because of this curse
the curse to live without the one i love
    who is under the mud
mud i have created with my tears
my greatest fear has came true
i lay red rose upon your grave
to show my love for you is still strong
it has been so long since i have belonged
now i live with this curse
    you were my first
    and now you're my last
the moon and i are the only ones out tonight with you
the moon lightens the path to you every night
some times the moon cries when he watches my sufferin
    i can not speak
all i can do is express my feelings for you
so i walk alone across the grass covered with dew
back to the place that once was filled with laughter and cherished times
but now is darken and sadded now
    i want to join you
    if only you knew
    you brighten my gloomest days
    by layin close to me
you gave me hope when i was in my deepest doubts
    by reachin out to me
but now i cry myself to sleep on your grave
and ill be gone before day break
    tears fill the sky
    when i cry
    so i join you now
    i dont care how

Jon - A very deep and emotional piece! Death of a loved one can be so devastating and soul consuming. Be it actual or metaphorical ... The same is true in either case. Nice Work!

very deep and moving piece. i liked the picture you painted with your words. the dirt of the grave turned to mud by your tears was especially well done. nice job.
