The Key to Nowhere

The Key to Nowhere

The Key to Nowhere

I have a key, neither a symbol nor a dream

It may unlock the truth, revealing everything

Long sought answers of Apollo’s hidden lore

I have a key, now I must open the door

Do I possess the power of my brethren past?

Can this riddle of intrinsic nature, now be solved at last?

The wonders they have seen, the wisdom they all share

Or a perchance a ploy, it’s a gambit, the key to nowhere

The key to nowhere shall free the mystified

The key to nowhere can guide you if applied

The key to nowhere will unchain thoughts you’ve fed

Giving meaning to your soul, so it’s said

I have a key, neither a verse nor rhyme nor theme

It may spring the thief or riotous enemies

Obscure my vision of creative mastery

Captive in this cell, final respite, the key to nowhere

Can one ever know the extent to which he’d commit to commonality?

Or are we destined to pursue the aims of individualality?

Are the chains that bind us so tightly the product of this humanity?

Is the key to nowhere a pseudo reality of distant sanity?
