'YESTODAY'

Yesterday
I thrill at the joy
and embrace Christ
who cleanses me in
His blood.
Yesterday
I sorrow at the pain
empathically of the unsaved
having a burden for their change.
Today
I discern
that the twain
are not
mutually exclusive

Austin G. Henry
