    Young Love

Did you love me way back when
    we were friends?
    skinny kids
    with big dreams
    playing on the street
Are you as proud of my achievements
    as I am of yours?
    10 years apart
    you're still the same soul
    those same twinkling eyes
    10 years gone by
    Young love grew strong
    Our hair styles have changed
    our skin has aged
    Our hearts imprinted
    But i look at you
    and I return to innocence
    I am young and undamaged
    open and trusting
    Hold my hand forever
    Don't let go of me
    And I
Wont let go of you. xxx

I once had that feeling it's very hard to find... I definately sympathize with your poem.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
