    Your Silence

     your silence speaks volumes
    it tells me that your too good for words
    that speaking is beneath you
    the look in your eyes lingers throughout me
    if you could speak i wonder what words you'd choose
    what doors would they open?
    what novels you would speak
    my ears will never hear these novels
    my soul will never know your voice
    it pains me to see you like this my love
    this world was not ready for us
    but our love knows no boundaries
    so we shall meet again, another time anthor place
    i will hear your words and you will see my face again
    Goodbye my prince and know that
    this hole i dug for you will not keep you
    your soul will be free to play with angels
    i will forever miss and love you

    This poem is one of the best I have read! It is styled with perfection and though it is one of a lost love I believe it is very profound. Wonderful writting!

    THE SILENCE OF THE NIGHT IS DEADLY IT CHILLS THE VERY HEART OF THE ANGEL'S SONG... I CAN FEEL THE RAW EMOTION DRIPPING FROM YOUR PEN AS YOU LAY DOWN YOU HEART FOR ALL TO SEE, SHATTERED, SCARRED, TORN AND WITERED. I CAN THINK OF NOTHING MORE HEARTFUL THAN SUCH A SILENCE THAT HAS THE INTENSITY OF SCREAMS TO PIERCE THE HEART OF THE SOUL. I WOULD LOVE TO LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THE PAIN WILL FADE AND DISAPPEAR INTO THE NIGHT, BUT THIS IS NOT THE TRUTH. I STILL HOLD THE PAIN IN MY HEART FROM SO MANY YEARS AND SO MANY SCARS I DARE NOT SAY. I HAVE LEARNED TO MAKE AMENSE, TO MAKE THE PAIN APART OF ME RATHER THAN TRY AND HIDE FROM IT, IT IS APART OF WHAT MAKES ME WHO I AM... BUT I WOULD NOT SAY IT IS GONE, IT JUST GROWS WITH YOU AS YOU LEARN FROM THE PAST AND EVER SO SLOWLY BEGIN TO LEARN TO AGAIN CRAW FORWARD TO A NEW FUTURE. I CAN GIVE YOU THIS PROMISE, AS YOU RELEASE YOUR BUILT UP EMOTIONS, AS YOU CONTINUE TO WRITE AND LIVE THIS POETRY, YOU MIGHT JUST FIND YOURSELF... PURITY OF THE SOUL, JOURNEY WELL!!! ANGEL

    Nice. A somber, haunting piece. Although I will say, and forgive me for doing so, if you could have infused punctuation I feel that the poem would have had an even more intense effect. Well done. A.T.
