    A happy ending

A happy ending is what I wanted
But if its an ending how happy can it be?
To no longer have something doesn’t create happiness
To no longer believe in something doesn’t bring this sudden urge to be happy
To find out that what was a beginning has finally come to an end
To live happily ever doesn’t seem feasible
There will always be someone to lose
And that in itself is another ending
The end of a day is so sad
To know that that one day will never happen again
As hard as you try, it’s gone
    It has ended
But an ending gives a chance for a new beginning
How can you be happy when that beginning will end?
    No longer exist
Will there always be a beginning and an end?
You wake up every morning, it’s a new day
You lay down to sleep, another day down
It’s just one more day gone
One more day to go with all the other lost days
An ending, so un-thought about yet real
No happiness in it, no certainty of what to feel
