    A Moment Lost On The Wind

    So you have found a new love
    And she fills your heart and soul
    Your footprints marked side by side
    The pieces fit, and you are whole.
    You want to shout your love to the world
    I am but an echo fading fast
    To a whisper that's barely heard
    As you place me in your past.
    We have become a memory
    A moment lost on he wind.
    From someone loved to someone known
    Our souls shall never touch again.
    Step out into your future
    And hold you new love tight.
    Make every footstep count
    As you walk in love and lightl.

    A beautiful poem but I don't think I could be so generous if I were doing the writing, I love your words and your feelings and the pain that they suggest yet there doesn't seem to be bitterness and I commend you in that, you are a far bigger poet than I could be with such a subject, excellent job, I am so glad I stumbled upon your work.
