    Across Time

In that forever place, you linger,
    attached to me somehow.
    on winds of sweet remembrance,
    or storms majestic growl.

    In sunlight on the water,
    haunting notes of symphonies,
    in the face of strangers,
you are never gone from me.

    Soft as dew kissed petals,
    stronger than life's chains,
    waiting though the timelessness,
    Ere, we shall meet again.

Your my poetry hero! I can't wait to read the rest of your poems!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
