    An Unending Hunger

    Her i am again
    hardly knowing the reason why.
I don't deserve to be sitting here today.

    What is my purpose?
    Why am I alive?
    I'm not a perfect person.

I don't wear the best of clothes.
I don't where my hair just right.

There is a hole inside of me
that has yet to be filled.

I've heard about it all my life
and have recieved it once before.

    Where did it go?
    Why did it leave?

    The joy I once had.
The love I once had felt.

    I want it back!
    I need it back!

There's a hunger inside my soul
    an unquenchable hunger.
    But what is it for?

keep seeing the undertones of inner despair in your work....there is more to a person than searching for someone or thing for fulfillment. I felt the words but the themes concern me of the glass is half empty than full...you have talent keep exploring within

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.

Plato (BC 427-BC 347) Greek philosopher.
