Broken Hearted
I'd figure that if I gave you more chances,
You'd see your ways and stop.
But the more I try to keep it together,
The more loose the ropes become.
And so I let you go tonight,
And know that I can never grasp you again.
My heart has been broken too many times,
I thought you were different.
I trusted my heart with you,
But in the end, it still ends up broken.
So all I can say, is that it seems we won't end together as we had planned,
And sorry won't be enough,
Because the price of my heart, is too much to risk.
My Heart has been broken too many times,
And now, being alone,
Will be easier for me to tape it back together.
