Nothing
Nothing.
A word that comes in and out often.
Abused and reused.
Nothing.
A word that seems impossible but true.
Yet always assumed to be.
Nothing.
A feeling that everyone thinks they feel.
Yet it's usually pain and sorrow.
Nothing.
Is left behind when you take everything...
Including my heart.
