Burden
Carrying a burden
A loss of a friend
So far away
But connected
Hearts are one
Longing to touch
But only feeling
Through words
Is there hope
One never knows
So the words
Keep flowing
Dancing around
Pretending together
But never connecting
Never being one
I chose the burden
To stop the pain
To many hearts
Playing the game
So far away
A loss of a friend
Never knowing
What could have been.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
