Demands of an Overlooked Essence

Demands of an Overlooked Essence

Liquefaction in a human soul
Melting into nonexistence
A void of wickedness
To blind to witness the holiness
As the Lucifer rips my soul
And nibbles at my heart

Rings of gold
Promises to fragile to keep
Lack of requirements
To far from habitat
And unknown lore
With help examination is too hard

Examination is a too painful
And I have lack in myself
To finish what was started
Or to turn away
For what I can not see
It sees me
And nibbles at my soul

Screaming
To loud to be hear
And alone in this stand of timber
As they observe me
I’m the mouse in a maze
Wishing for all to end
And in its time it will do so

So my screaming stops
And I halt all wisdom
To them I was a game
To them I was weak to me it was a life
And I gave in
Not knowing more or less
It is all
And the end
