Evil Love Lost

Poem Commentary

This Poem is really long, and I am proud of the length as I should be! This poem switches from first person view to third person view and back. When I start at "Even as she beckons to you" and end at "You hated to the core", that's all third person view! I have to say that this is one of my longest poems yet. I am pretty sure that I will be coming up with new ideas for a poem, but since my creative well is running dry, it's time I took a break and let it fill bake up! I don't want to waste all of what's in my mind! That's way to valuable!

Evil Love Lost

I could feel the could as you touch me
The evil as you touched me
The anger and hatred as you pulled me close
The thing you long for the most
Even as she beckons you
Her lover not once more
You cling to the life
You hated to the core
But now, as I think about it
Don't you envy me?
Walking among the living?
Almost living care free?
You walk along the Earth
Refusing your fate
Invisible to all eyes
If I were not once your lover
Close to the earth as air
Curling towards me; even in the mist
You would be lost within the silver
Even if I wanted you so close
My Coldness hurted even me
But the words are true
I do not want you close
For you are no longer living
As you approach
Pulling me close
Something yearns for this
But I do not
I want to say
To send you on your way
But one thing sprangs to mind
But I don't want to say it
I don't want to say goodbye
It hurts to much
As if you since my fear
And also my hesitation
You speak words so meaningful
But in a voice not your own
"The reason is Hurts so much to Seperate
"Is because our souls  are connected
"By the bond that had harnessed us
"Once belonging to our hearts
"Now strangling our souls
"A bond that can't be broken
"Only moved back to it's originla place
"So we are linked forever
"By a greater Power
"So I, and later you
"May rest upon this planet
"While living on another"
You will live in Peace!
And so will I!
When I hear that your soul won't disappear
I had said what I had want not said
"Thus, May Heaven be whitness
"Bestow upon you such kind words
"I love you and nothing less
"But if the sky was to fall
"Beyond Heaven I'll be sure
"That you are the first and last thing on my mind"
You came to me
So I could feel the couldness as you touched me
The evil as you now kissed me
The anger and hatred as you pulled me close
And the thing you longed for the most
And even as I beckon to you
My lover not once more
You cling to the life
You surely hated to the core
Only because you wanted to hear words
From your lover no more
And as Heaven rings its purple, yellow, pink bell
Your next words sent my heart straight to hell
And left about and empty shell
"Before I go
"Let me tell you
"How much I love you
"For one last time"
Before I could ask
You exploded with such light
Never to be seen again by Human sight
