Green Grass

The smell of rain filled her nostrils
As she dig her toes into the hot sand.
And as the blood runs down her arms,
She cries to God for mercy.
For she has sin and
Will be damned for eternity.
She watched the rain wash away the blood
And she sees her wounded flesh more clearly.
She repents to her Almighty,
But he doesn’t reply.
She sees no use of living anymore.
She cries out to God one more time.
For evil has stolen her
Soul and refuse to give it back.
She wonders why God won’t help her,
What has she done wrong?
If God wouldn’t take her life away,
She might as well do it herself.
She knows the suicide is a sin,
But compared to the others,
It was the only way to deal with this problem.
And if God isn’t there
To help her

Hello, Thanks for the comment and I am glad that you like it.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
