    • It's been a few years since I've checked in..... Looking forward to reading and writing on here again.

    hangover

i woke up with an angered fever my bed drenched in transparent blood.
my stomach ached from the over indulgence of propaganda chips
    and misinformed swine.
    intoxicated with indoctrinated wine.
it was then that i realized that we were all,
    just doing time.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
