    I Was Scared

I had no idea she was growing inside me
I was scared when I found out
Once upon a time I left home
I was scared to try to return
Little did I know, it was ok to go

I had to go so I could see
See all that I could see that awaited me
I was scared, but took the chance
Took the chance to enhance my life

    My life, what is that?
My life, it is a gift
A wonderful gift given to me
I was scared to give it a start
Because of her I had to go
I was scared but I did it for her
All for her who came out of me
