  • There is too much loss to not appreciate your children. Our lives are only barrowed if just for a minute.

Lanie's 2nd birthday poem

We didn't sing happy birthday and there wasn't any cake; Life doesn't seem worth living, it all just seems so fake. The years have gone by slowly and I miss you everyday; I haven't held you in my arms since God took you away.
You deserved to have the world inside your tiny hands; Mommy had big plans for you; to grow up hand in hand. My heart gets shattered everyday when I realize you're not here; You should have got to play and laugh and even cry some tears.
This time has been so hard for me to never see you grow; My mind breaks and my heart aches like a bitter cold winter's snow.

I love you Lanie Jade Rosenberry.
