I gave you all of me,
But in you was nothing but deceive.
    You left without saying goodbye,
    And, oh, how I cried.
    It tore me down,
I was to my emotions bound.
I slowly put myself back together once out of my heart,
    Came the dart.
You never fully had me fooled,
    Your misery around you pooled.
In a day not so far from here you will wish you shared,
All of the feelings that said you cared.
Someday you'll understand when it's you,
When the tears fall down your face like mine do.
