Look into my eyes

Your touch is warming ,
Your voice can shatter stone heart,
Your laughter is promising,
And your hugs are secure and heart felt.
But its when we look in to each other,
That I truly have the feelings for you.
You make me smile as if I never have.
But when you look in to my eyes it freezes all spans of time,
As if no one is around but us.
As we grow closer with every sun rise and sun set to pass.
You don't know how I feel about you.
But when you look into my eyes,
What do YOU see?

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
