My Brother and Me

My Brother and Me

Twins we could’ve been

Cause’ we both play to win

Like Ying and Yang

He’s the sun, I’m rain

He’s ice, I’m fire

While he’s sleepy, I’m wired

When he’s chatty I’m hushed

When he’s patient I’m rushed

We’re two of a kind

But we can be alike

In thought and poise

In silence, in noise

We know each other’s strengths, flaws as well

And how to provoke one another

But we’ll never tell

Two of a kind, more than siblings, we’re friends

Best friends for life, blood is thicker in the end

Yeah we're pretty close. It's good to get along with siblings. Never know when you'll need them later in life.

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
