thoughts scattered
voices louder
empty stomach
running from it
moving slowly
scream and shout
angry people
let it out
making progress
muting noises
facing problems
making choices
eating Ramen
reading books
breaking records
doing good
practice silence
making peace
walking forward
vis-à-vis
breaking windows
shaking walls
watching boundaries
fall
nice and steady
keep it cool
voices shattered
stomach full
quiet room
free and light
laughing at my
useless plight
